Pricing questions

What does the license allow?

The PolyForm Small Business License 1.0.0 lets people, non-profits and companies with fewer than 100 people and under US$1M revenue (2019 dollars) in the prior tax year use, change and share the app for free. Larger companies need a separate license from the author. Model weights keep their own licenses.

Which GPU do I need to self-host?

An NVIDIA card with 24 GB of VRAM runs every feature. Without one, posts, recipes, the calendar, Google sync and agents still work; making pictures, clips and music does not.

When do the hosted plans open?

There is no date yet. The hosted tier is planned, and the waitlist tells us how many people want it. Waitlist members hear first.

Can I get a refund?

TBD at launch. Nothing is charged today: joining the waitlist is free and commits you to nothing.

Why is yearly 20% off?

Paying for a year up front costs less per month: $9.60 instead of $12 on Creator, $23.20 instead of $29 on Pro.
